- “Buy One, Get One for $0.99”: both items must be returned; otherwise, the MSRP of the $0.99 item is deducted.
- “Gift with purchase” / “spend-and-save”: return the main item and the free/discounted item together or the MSRP of the gift is deducted.
- Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be rejected.
- Power Banks: keep both protective films on. Once removed, the item cannot be returned.

- Contact support immediately if the item has visible defects or quality issues.
- After verification, Oh!Teq issues a full refund or sends a free replacement—your choice.
- We cover all return/resent shipping for defective items.
