• Products with visible wear, damage, or signs of use, as well as free gifts, are not eligible for return.
• Returns must include all original accessories and original packaging.
• “Buy One, Get One for $0.99”: both items must be returned; otherwise, the MSRP of the $0.99 item is deducted.
• “Gift with purchase” / “spend-and-save”: return the main item and the free/discounted item together or the MSRP of the gift is deducted.
• Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be rejected.
• Power Banks: keep both protective films on. Once removed, the item cannot be returned.

• You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• Returns within 15 days can be made for any reason. No restocking fees.
• Return shipping:
  • For defect/quality reasons, Oh!Teq covers return shipping.
  • For non-product reasons, the customer pays return shipping, even if it was free shipping.
• Keep the original packaging for a smoother process.

3. Ship the Item: Take clear photos of product/packaging/accessories and provide a tracking number + receipt within 3 days of shipment to email support@ohteq.com.Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be rejected.

• After verification, Oh!Teq issues a full refund or sends a free replacement—your choice.
• We cover all return/resent shipping for defective items.
• Please include a short video that clearly shows the issue.

• After return receipt + confirmation, refunds are processed within 2-5 business days.
• Bank/credit card processing typically takes 1–8 business days.
• Transit damage is covered by Oh!Teq, not the customer.
• Eligible shipping reimbursements are sent via PayPal or another suitable method.
