Free Standard Shipping Premium Tracked Option Global Coverage
  • Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment.
  • Dispatch days: Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • During peak demand or supply constraints, processing may take longer. We’ll notify you of any delays.
  • Free Standard Shipping on all products.
  • In special cases causing extra shipping costs, we cover the difference at no charge to you.
  • If you were asked to pay additional fees, email support@ohteq.com with proof. Once approved, we’ll reimburse via your preferred method (e.g., PayPal or bank transfer).
  • Standard shipping: typically 3–15 business days, depending on destination.
  • Due to specific regulations for power bank products, standard shipping may take slightly longer.
  • We typically use YunExpress for the first leg to reduce transit time and potential duties.
  • Final-mile carriers may include USPS, DHL, FedEx, DPD, EMS, and local postal services.
  • Most products are duty-free, we cover customs in most countries.
  • If you request a different carrier, you’re responsible for customs clearance, duties, and added logistics costs.
  • If a shipment returns due to missing customs cooperation, the buyer covers related handling fees (based on order amount).
  • When your order is handed to the carrier, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link.
  • You can also track via 17TRACK (supports most couriers).
  • If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or contact us.
Damaged Parcels
Lost Parcels
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will reship a replacement at our expense.
  • If a package is returned and destroyed after excessive local storage time, the customer bears the loss. Reshipping may be possible if the customer pays the shipping fee.
  • If tracking shows “Delivered”, try:
    • Check with household members.
    • Ask the carrier for the precise drop-off location.
    • Review nearby security camera footage around the delivery time.
    • If still missing, file a claim with the carrier or local authorities.
  • Address changes are possible only before dispatch.
  • After dispatch, please contact your local postal service to request updates.
  • If a parcel returns due to an incorrect address:
    • We’ll request updated details to reship. Postage may apply.
    • If we cannot reach you within 15 days, the parcel may be disposed. No refund will be issued.
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • After dispatch, cancellations aren’t possible. Please see our Returns Policy.
